Dear all,
What a start to this New Year! Our hearts are full as our Kickstarter Campaign ended raising 215% of our funding goal with the help of all of you 424 backers! Your kindness and love for CHARMERS has been overwhelming. For that we thank you and look forward to presenting our decks to you.
We're working on achieving a miracle here: Delivering the decks without delays while Lotrek is involved! Charmed by CHARMERS, he is preparing the files to submitt them to Cartamundi next week. If he can hold himself from changing things here and there and fixing details which nobody would ever notice, I'm confident that we'll see the decks in time.
You will receive the Kickstarter survey this weekend. Please dedicate some time to complete it so that we can have the exact numbers of decks to be printed.
Regarding production timeline we're moving fast: Lotrek hasalready bought the fabric needed for the Signature decks (your support was once again amazing: about 350 will be printed) and next week he's ordering the stock for the tuck cases. His goal is to have them printed by the end of February. He will be updating us regarding the progress with pictures and other details and I can't wait to see the first images.
Have a great weekend and Keep the wonder!

SIGNATURE EDITION -and MORE!

Hi all,
Big update, so make sure to read through the end!
We're heading towards the end of the campaign and it's still growing! Therefore, we decided that the Signature edition should be released during the last day of the campaign even if we don't hit the 200% milestone by that day. We are already so close that it would be a shame not to do it. But let's hear what Lotrek has to say.
-Thanks Kellar! So yeah, the support in this campaign is so overwhelming and so much inspiring to give something back! Before we go in details about the Signature edition, I'll reveal something that I decided to offer on my own and Kellar has no idea about it (I wonder what kind of mind reader he is, eheh)! Another upgrade is coming to make the brick boxes even more unique: The boxes will be printed on a black, thick and sturdy stock but inside they'll be red! The interior will have a beautiful lining of textured red paper like those that are used in book binding. Cool, eh?
ALSO, there will be a gift for ALL tiers: A "thank you" card in the size of an actual playing card, printed with gold foil on black silky stock, featuring the back design:
JOKERS
Finally the Jokers are in! The idea was to play with the illusion, staying true to the Victorian feeling of the deck and also having Jokers with a reveal. So, the Jokers are actually mirrors! The first one is a mirror of shiny foil, supposedly reflecting the player as a joker. In the second, the mirror is removed and an actual Joker appears behind it!
Rendering of the Jokers
And now..... (drum roll)
THE SIGNATURE EDITION
Printed by Oath Playing Crads in Greece, will have the same stock and faces as the Red deck but:
The back design will feature a regal Turquoise color with gold foil stamping.
The tuck case will be made of a pearlescent golden stock, covered with a beautiful silk fabric, printed with gold foil.
All decks will be numbered and signed, sealed on a protective cellophane.
The fabric I'll use is the same with the blue one you can see as a background in the pictures of the campaign. The play of the light makes it mesmerizing in real life and no rendering can do it any justice. It will be painfully luxurious!
WHEN and HOW (and how much):
On January 7 at 5:00pm EST we will update the campaign page announcing at the top of the page that the Signature is available. As soon as you see it, you can up your pledge for the Signature edition, adding $65 for each deck. There will be no limit to the number of decks you can get other than the limit your wallet (or appetite) sets. However, there will be a strict time limit: The Signature decks will not be available toanyoneafter the end of the campaign. Numbers will be given according to when you upped your pledge.
We will send a reminder message to all backers half an hour before the sale starts, repeating the rules.
Thanks again for all your amazing support and keep in mind this: What you'll get will be far more beautiful than the renderings you see here.
Have a great weekend and as Kellar says: Keep the Wonder!

(Kellar is still speechless by this brick box upgrade)
HOT NEWS! Brick upgrade and more!
– Sat, Jan 04, 2020 at 12:32:15 AM
Hi all,
This is Lotrek speaking! Although Kellar is the mind reader here, I somehow managed to posess his spirit and now I am talking through him. Cool, eh? So, listen:
Instead of celebrating and enjoying Christmas holidays like normal people do, I was thinking of ways to make as many people happy as possible. After discussing it with Kellar we agreed to the following:
We will change things regarding the Red deck. Please read through the end, especially those who got the 13 deck brick (and those thinking about it).
The red Charmersdeck will become available to anyone as an Add-On from now! If you want it but you don't wish to upgrade your pledge to a brick, you don't have to. Just add the red decks you want, referring to the Add-on price list. The 250 deck limit is also gone: I will print the decks that will be sold during the campaign (plus a small number for safety).
So, what about those who got the brick?
Well, we thought you deserve some awesomness to be added to your tier. All mixed bricks will automatically become 3-color bricks. They will contain 4 Green, 4 Purple and 4 Red decks. And on top of that, the 13th gift deckwill become aRED GILDED deck, with its own unique tuck case, printed on Gold pearlescent stock! These will be available only to those who have (or will upgrade to) a brick.
Here's how the RED GILDED will look like:
New 2-brick tier!
We have created a new limited tier for 2 bricks at the early bird price.
To summarize:
Red decks available to all as add-ons from now. Check the add-on price list and add as many you want.
Mixed bricks will become 3 color bricks: 4 green, 4 purple, 4 red + 1 free Red Gilded deck.
Red Gilded will be available only as a gift deck with the bricks. Will be available for a limited quantity after the campaign but only as part of a brick. They will not be sold separately.
All bricks will be numbered and signed.
If for some reason you want only one color brick you can have either 12 green or 12 purple decks. Not 12 red. Of course you're still getting the free red gilded deck.
If you want to add a second or more bricks, you can. We have added that to the add-on price list.
Lastly, I am still working on the brick box to make some improvements. You saw a first rendering but it will become much more sophisticated. Backer David Riley made a comment and he's right: The brick boxes should be Gold and Red (instead of purple/green) so as to honor the RED GILDED deck they carry. We think it makes more sense. However, if you still prefer the second foil color to be green or purple, just say it in the survey after the end of the campaign and you'll get what you want.
